Founded by Kevin Perry in 2011, our multi-disciplinary team of degreed construction managers and engineers have significant technical experience in the areas of life sciences, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, architectural, and process support typical of high tech facilities.

A native of western New York, and a mechanical engineering graduate of Clemson University, Kevin Perry started his career working for a Fortune 100 company, supporting project execution for a highly automated fine chemicals facility. He then took on the role of plant engineer for a leading pharmaceutical company. In his next step, Kevin joined the management ranks, working as a Facilities Manager and Principle Engineer for a Fortune 100 Biopharma company manufacturing vaccines. Later, Kevin worked as a Manager of Engineering Operations providing Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities support for a leading pharmaceutical company manufacturing direct injectables.
